We would be more than happy to help troubleshoot the problem you are having. Lustro Italiano has been thoroughly tested to perform very effectively. Perhaps we can explain in more detail of how to use the product to maximize its performance. There are many different kinds of stone that display many different characteristics. We know the types of stone and what will work best for them. Granite will respond to cleaning and stains 100% differently than marble will. Are you sure you are using the right product on the right stone? We would love to receive an email with a picture of a problem that you are having. We will respond back with a return email or call to help you find a real solution to the problem you are having.
