Orders up to $49.99 will receive a flat UPS shipping rate of $7.50

|Please call 1-800-341-0432 to receive an Return Goods Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Or call us to discuss the problem that you are having. We would be more than happy to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Lustro Italiano has been thoroughly tested to perform very effectively. Perhaps we can explain in more detail of how to use the product to maximize its performance.
There are many different kinds of stone that display many different characteristics. We know the types of stone and what will work best for them.
Granite will respond to cleaning and stains 100% differently than marble will.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
We do our absolute best to ship your order within 24 hours.
