Last Updated: 09/02/2020

Many stones classified as “quartzites” have marble properties (calcite) in them. This does get confusing for slab suppliers, fabricators, and then the homeowners as well. In these cases, if the stone has been etched, it is typically happening in the marble-like (calcite) areas and thus our Etch Remover will work to repair these areas.
